In addition, all of our partners are board certified by their home countries, and their credentials are public and validated by the medical boards.   • What Travel Documents will I Need?
    It depends on your country of origin and/or citizenship status. Travelers from 102 countries and territories, including the USA, Canada, the U.K., New Zealand, Australia, and most European countries, can enter Colombia visa-free as tourists. You will need a valid passport, a Negative Covid test or proof of vaccination, and a Visa (depending on where you are from). Colombian Migration Document, you get it 24 hrs before your flight. It covers all Medical expenses, hospitalization, and emergency needs you might need as a consequence of complications from a medical procedure. However, you will have a virtual consultation with the dentist to get an evaluation of your dental needs. An X-Ray would be helpful to get the dentist a better understanding of your dental needs. You will get an X-Ray and all pre-procedure tests before your procedure in Colombia; these are included in your package.

    When you first tell your Doctor about scheduling a medical trip abroad, the initial reaction of your Doctor may be quick support, but, in some cases, it may be mistrust. However, you can provide them with information about the Doctor and the facilities you will receive during your initial coaching session. Twenty-five percent of the doctors in the USA are from overseas, so U.S. doctors know the quality of international medical care.

You will communicate with your Journey Coach through Whatsapp. You should have your loved ones in your home country download it, too, so you can call them from Colombia at no cost. Banking App: Download your bank's app in case you need to communicate with your bank. Please ensure to let your bank know about your travel arrangements. If you don't, they might block your card if you use it in Colombia without letting them know. You will need a credit card for incidentals when you check in at the hotel. Uber or Cabify App: You can use Uber in Colombia; it works the same way in the U.S.! However, it would be best if you sat in the front seat due to transit regulations. You would also be saving on accommodations if you get a cosmetic procedure and dental procedure at the same time! All of our packages are customizable!
  • ​​Should I get Travel Insurance?
    That is up to you! Travel insurance is coverage designed to protect against risks and financial losses that could happen while traveling.   • Can I bring a companion to my Medical Tourism Experience?

  • What is not included in the Packages?
    Airfare is not included! We recommend booking your trip with an airline that offers direct flights. Delta and American Airlines offer direct flights out of most US cities. We will be happy to assist you in your search and recommend the best flights for you!

  • Why should I get labs done in my home country?
    Your safety and providing you with the best experience are our priorities. We recommend getting lab work done at least two weeks before your trip to ensure you are medically cleared to get the procedure done. If your tests show that you might present complications, we would need to know before your arrival to avoid wasting your time and money. Unfortunately, those tests in your home country are not included in your package. However, these lab tests will be repeated in Colombia the day before your surgery, and those are included in your package.

With a lower violent crime rate than Indianapolis, Bogota is considered one of the safest urban areas in the region. Additionally, it is renowned as one of the world's best destinations for coffee lovers. The climate in Bogota is cool and often overcast, with temperatures ranging from 44°F to 66°F throughout the year. It's advisable to pack sweaters, a jacket, and comfortable clothes suitable for the fall-like weather with a touch of spring.
