Getting Started

When ready to explore the Medical Tourism Experience, request a quote with your information, tentative travel date, and recent pictures. We'll process your request and follow up within three business days with a personalized quote and a booking link to schedule your initial consultation.

Experience Planning

A specialized bilingual Virtual and In-Person Medical Tourism Experience Expert will be assigned to you to guide you through the treatment process, from patient education to travel and recovery.

During your initial consultation, we'll review your personalized quote, tentative travel date, procedure, recovery, logistics, pricing, add-ons, and adjustments. Then, you'll select a payment option that works best for you, and we'll outline the entire treatment process, including preparation, procedures, and recovery periods.

For Bariatric Procedures, you'll need to undergo an evaluation period by a Surgeon, Psychiatrist, and Nutritionist to determine whether you qualify for the surgery. We charge a $200 flat fee for these evaluations.

After your initial consultation, we'll send you an invoice with the final price, including treatment, package accommodations, and add-ons. You'll need to sign and submit the Service Agreement, Pre-Op Assessment, and Waivers before paying.

Once you've submitted the required documents and made your payment, we'll schedule your procedure, and you'll book your airfare (arrival date must be two days before the procedure date) and upload your itinerary to your member portal. You'll receive an e-mail with a Pre-Travel Checklist to help you prepare for your trip.

You'll meet with your Experience Expert three days before your trip to ensure everything is done on your checklists, answer any final questions, and prepare for your Medical Tourism experience.
Arrival & Procedures

Your bilingual In-Person Experience Expert will meet you at the airport and take you to the hotel. They'll manage your stay, including transportation, accommodation, pre-and postoperative care, and hospitality.

For dental procedures, your In-Person Experience Expert will take you to the dentist's office and stay with you throughout the pre-procedure period. They'll take you to the clinic for cosmetic and bariatric procedures and stay with you throughout the pre-operative period. All healthcare providers are highly trained, and all facilities, instruments, equipment, and practices are as modern as those in the United States and Europe.

The length of the procedure depends on the type of treatment and the patient, but most procedures take between one and seven hours.
Postoperative Recovery Period

After the surgery, your In-Person Experience Expert will be there for you when you wake up, and they'll closely monitor you to ensure that you're stable and comfortable before discharge. Then, they'll take you back to the hotel, where you'll stay for two to three weeks (one to two nights at the hospital for tummy tucks and Bariatric procedures). After that, your dedicated nurse will assist you with wound care and IV fluids.

A massage therapist/nurse will provide additional non-invasive holistic healing lymphatic massages for body contouring procedures, depending on the surgery. In addition, your In-Person Experience Expert will provide you with all necessary garments and a care package that includes all medication and wound care items.

You'll have follow-up appointments with your doctor to ensure that you recover well before returning home.
Going Home

At the end of your stay, your In-Person Experience Expert will take you to the airport and ensure that you're clear on where you need to go to board your plane.

You will contact the doctor through the Virtual Expert to ensure that recovery continues to be successful, solving any doubts without additional cost.
