Blepharoplasty

The procedure surgically removes excess fat, muscle and skin from the upper and lower eyelids to redefine the shape of the eye.

While an eyelid lift cannot alter dark circles or fine lines and wrinkles around the eye (“crow’s feet”), it can address age-related drooping or puffy eyelids and create a more refreshed, youthful appearance. An eyelid lift can also correct drooping eyelids that are interfering with vision.

What's the Cost?

The average cost in the United States is $5000. In Colombia, the procedure is 30-50% less.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty is a procedure that alters the structure of the outer ear. Otoplasty is most often cosmetic. The most common form of otoplasty is known as ear pinning. Ear pinning is done to flatten protruding ears so they do not have as pronounced an appearance.

How is the Procedure Done?

The surgeon will evaluate the position of the ears and recommend a procedure. Surgery is generally done on both ears regardless of differences in protrusion to ensure symmetry.

The procedure itself can be done with a local, sedation, or general anesthetic. Surgeons usually recommend a general anesthetic for children. Otoplasty Ear surgery usually takes about two hours and can be done as an outpatient procedure or in the hospital.

What's the Cost?

The average cost in the United States is $3,700.  In Colombia, the procedure is 30-50% less.

Orthognathic Surgery

Orthognathic Surgery (Corrective Jaw Surgery) involves moving the bones of the upper or lower jaw or both. The jaws are lengthened or shortened, moved up or down, in or out, resulting in a more harmonious bite and facial appearance. Orthognathic surgery is needed when jaws and teeth don’t meet correctly. Repositioning the jaws so that the teeth meet (occlude) correctly improves jaw joint function and chewing (mastication) ability, and can also improve speech, breathing, sleep apnea, periodontal (gum) health and facial aesthetics.

How is the Procedure Done?

The surgery requires pre-surgical orthodontics to align the teeth independently in each jaw. When the surgery is done and the jaws are aligned, then post-surgical orthodontics finishes the alignment of the teeth into the optimal occlusion (bite).

What's the Cost?

The average cost in the United States is $35,000.  In Colombia, the procedure is 30-50% less.

Hair Transplant

When we hear the word 'transplant', initial connotations of liver, kidney, or heart transplants may spring to mind; it’s something that is donated from one person to another. With a hair transplant however, the hair used is your own.

What is the procedure like?

A modern hair transplant simply takes some of the hair you have left — most commonly the back or sides of your head — and moves it to where it has fallen out, usually the top of your head. Hair is not obtained from an outside source or created, rather, it’s a redistribution of the hair you currently have on your head. At its simplest, a hair transplant is a matter of supply and demand: How much hair your balding area demands versus how much hair your donor area can safely supply.

How Much Does it Cost?

Depending on partial or full coverage, the average cost in the United States varies between $8,500 to $14,500. In Colombia, the procedure is 30-50% less.
